Haryana Bureaucratic Reshuffle: Nine officers transferred

In a major bureaucratic reshuffle in Haryana , as many as nine IAS officers have been issued transfer and posting orders by the state government led by Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar. The transfer orders were issued ahead of the upcoming General Elections 2019. Amit Jha, 1998-Batch officer, IAS has been posted as Additional Chief Secretary (ACS), Medical Education and Research Department. He is currently the ACS of Sports and Youth Affairs Department (Designate). Jha will continue to serve as the Advisor, Haryana Saraswati Heritage Board. Rajeev Arora, the 1987-Batch IAS officer has been posted as the Chief Resident Commissioner, Haryana Bhawan, New Delhi and ACS, Health and Family Welfare Department. Almora bags top conservation award for Kosi rejuvenation project

Almora district in Uttarakhand has won the country’s top conservation award for its Kosi River Conservation and Rejuvenation project , which was initiated to increase the flow capacity of the river that is considered a lifeline for more than 350 villages and towns located on its banks. Hardeep Puri launches e-Dharti app

Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Housing and Urban Affairs Hardeep S Puri has launched e-Dharti app, a new online system to provide the facility of online application submission in connection with conversion, substitution and mutation of properties under the jurisdiction of Land and Development Office (L&DO) for the citizens. Land and Development Office deals with public applications which are mainly related to conversion of property from leasehold to freehold, substitution of names of legal heirs and mutation in the name of purchaser, etc. These three applications cover almost 95 percent of total applications received. The app will now allow people to submit their applications online by visiting L&DO website and avoid visiting the office for submission of their applications and for further follow up.
